Amplify Strengthens Enterprise Strategy Team with Appointment of Adam Scully-Power

Amplify Technology, LLC has named Adam Scully-Power, CIMA® CPWA® as Managing Director, Enterprise Strategy, adding a three-decade wealth management veteran to lead the firm’s enterprise sales organization. During his career, Scully-Power’s work has focused on helping RIAs and financial advisors excel in areas including investment management, platform development, and advisory firm strategy, among others.

Scully-Power spent 23 years at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, rising to Senior Investment Director and serving as an early architect of goals-based investing and multi-asset model portfolios. He subsequently served as Senior Investment Strategist at Brighthouse Financial, where he shaped advisor integration of insurance solutions across a $140 billion platform, before most recently serving as Managing Director at Nebo Wealth, a GMO company, where he led an award-winning goals-based wealth technology platform focused on connecting financial plans to optimized portfolios.

“The most consequential decisions a wealth management firm makes aren’t investment decisions—they’re operational ones,” said Scully-Power. “How a firm is built underneath the advisor determines whether it can grow, how the client experience holds up at scale, and ultimately what the enterprise is worth. Amplify is the platform I wish had existed when I was on the other side of that conversation.”

Scully-Power works directly with the CEOs, CIOs, and COOs of leading RIA firms navigating the complexity that comes with growth. The conversation often starts with technology—fragmented stacks, broken workflows, systems that don’t scale. For Scully-Power, the real work is strategic: helping firms make the operational decisions that determine how advisors spend their day, how clients experience the firm, and how enterprise value compounds over time.
